Pricing & licensing FAQ
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time payment. You keep it and receive all future updates at no extra cost.
How do I activate Pro?
After purchase we email you an activation code. In InSnap open Settings › Account & License, paste the code and click Activate. No sign-in is required.
How many devices can I use it on?
Up to 3 devices per license. Getting a new computer? Unlink an old device in Settings › Account & License and activate the new one with the same code.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. The license is verified on your device and renews quietly in the background whenever you’re online. If you stay offline for more than about two weeks, connect once to renew it.
Does one license cover macOS and Windows?
The license is not tied to an operating system. Today InSnap is available for macOS; when the Windows version ships, the same license will activate it.
I lost my activation code.
Write to support@insnap.app from the address you used to purchase and we’ll resend it.
What happens when my Cloud subscription ends?
You keep read-only access for 30 days so you can download or delete your files. New uploads stop, and share links stop working once the subscription lapses. Files are deleted 90 days after the subscription ends.
Can I get a refund?
Please read the Refund Policy. In short: the free version lets you try before you buy, and we’ll make it right if activation fails or Pro doesn’t work as described.
Who processes my payment?
Orders are handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record, handles payment, taxes and receipts, and appears on your statement. We never see your card number.
