Cloud questions
Is Cloud required to use InSnap?
No. The free app and Pro work fully offline from Cloud. Cloud is only for uploading files and sharing links.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then have 30 days of read-only access to download or delete files. Share links stop working once the subscription lapses and files are deleted 90 days after it ends.
Who can open my links?
Anyone who has the link, unless you protect it with a password. Links are long and random, and expire on the date you choose.
Are my files scanned or used for anything else?
No. Files are stored only to serve your links. See the Privacy Policy.
